A centerpiece fountain courtyard oasis welcomes you, leading into the luminous, open living area and kitchen, seamlessly flowing onto the outdoor patio featuring multiple lounging and seating areas, a heated infinity pool, outdoor shower, and barbecue/dining space. The upper level houses three airy bedrooms, each with balconies and luxurious bathrooms. The primary suite boasts a spacious deck with panoramic ocean vistas, while an adjacent bedroom with two queen beds offers dual balconies overlooking both the ocean and courtyard fountain. The third bedroom, resembling a separate retreat, is connected to the main house by a covered walkway and features two balconies. Additionally, a fourth bedroom/media room, with direct access to the fountain courtyard, includes a generous sectional couch with a pull-out bed.
